Was exactly what I ordered, no issues really.

Not gonna lie, I was a little worried it might have that plastic smell or taste, but it’s actually really clean. The water tastes normal, and the bottle doesn’t have any weird odor.

I like my HydroJug overall and I use it regularly, but the accessories have been a bit hit or miss for me lol. I grabbed a sleeve and a straw lid thinking everything would just fit, but apparently it really depends on which version of the bottle you have.
Some pieces fit perfectly, while others feel slightly off or don’t line up the way I expected. I ended up going back to the product pages a bunch just to double check what was supposed to work with what.

It’s not a huge deal and the jug itself is fine, but I do wish the compatibility info was clearer before buying. For now I’d give it 3 stars.

I’ve been liking my HydroJug mostly because it’s just easy to take with me. The handle feels sturdy, and it doesn’t feel weird or awkward to grab when I’m rushing out the door. It’s still kinda big, so it’s not gonna fit in every bag or car cup holder, but for the gym and work, it’s been working out really well so far.

I like the size of this bottle and it’s easy to take with me during the day. The downside is the durability isn’t as great as I expected. After a few normal drops, the lid ended up with a crack, even though it wasn’t anything extreme. It still works for now, but I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do next—whether I should contact support, look for a replacement lid, or just keep using it until it breaks more. Overall it’s a decent bottle, but I expected it to be a little tougher for everyday use

I mainly got my HydroJug to bring with me to work and the gym, and it’s been really solid so far. I’ve had it tip over in my bag a couple times and it hasn’t leaked, which is a big win for me. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that the lid has to be screwed on just right or it can drip a tiny bit, but it’s not a huge deal and I still use it all the time.

The bottle itself is okay, but the measurement markings are really hard to see. I end up squinting or just guessing how much I’ve had, which kind of defeats the whole point. I also expected a faster response when I reached out about it, so that was a bit frustrating

The site itself was easy enough to use, but I was kind of confused because a bunch of the colors I actually liked were out of stock. Not sure if I just picked a bad time to shop or what, but it was a little annoying

I had a feeling quickly that this wasn’t going to keep things cold for long, and unfortunately I was right. The ice melted way faster than I expected, so it just didn’t really work for what I needed.

I’ve been using this for a little while now, maybe a week, or two? I can’t remember exactly — but it definitely has less condensation on the outside than my old jug did. It still gets a little damp here and there, but overall it keeps the sweat down good

i mean, the package showed up late and I didn’t get any updates along the way, which was frustrating.

My HydroJug showed up in a box that was really beat up, and there was barely any padding inside. The jug was just rattling around loose, so by the time I opened it, it already had scuff marks on it. Not saying it’s a scam, but for the price, I definitely expected way better packaging. I’m not sure if it was shipped that way or what happened, but it felt careless.

I grabbed this bottle because I kind of felt pressured to pick something quickly, but it turned out fine. The plastic feels safe enough, and there’s no weird smell, which was my main concern.

I had an issue with my order and customer support took way longer to get back to me than I expected. They did fix the problem in the end, which I appreciate, but compared to other places I’ve ordered from, the response time felt slow. Overall, it worked out, but the wait was frustrating.

The bottle itself is nice enough, but it does not fit in my car cup holder at all. I looked at the measurements before buying and kind of read between the lines thinking it might still squeeze in, but nope. Now it just ends up rolling around on the seat.
I mainly wanted it for work and running errands, so that part is frustrating. For the price, I expected it to be a little more practical for everyday use. I really wish they made a slimmer version

I’m happy with this bottle. Yeah, it’s not the cheapest one out there, but people act like price is the only thing that matters. It feels sturdy, holds up well, and I use it every single day. For me, it’s been worth the money overall.

I found the jug I wanted quickly and the site was simple to move around. The pictures and colors looked good, and checkout was easy too. My only real complaint is that some pages took longer than I expected to load on my phone, and I got a little frustrated waiting around. Other than that, it was a decent experience.

I wanted to like this, but the straw gets clogged easily and the lid leaked in my bag. Kinda frustrating, especially when you’re on the go. Wouldn’t really trust it for travel or daily use unless they fix the lid

It’s definitely big enough for work. I can fit what I need without feeling like I’m constantly forcing things in there. i blame myself for not getting something this size sooner because it makes carrying everything around way less annoying
